Sketches!
February 16th, 2012Katsucon starts tomorrow. Hope to see you all there. In the meantime, Brittany and I are considering printing a sketch book of all the design work that goes on behind the scenes of Snow by Night. Britt is a stickler for detail and I’m an amateur historian with piles of books around me when I write the script. Would you all be interested in such a publication? I’ve linked some samples of what we would include. Click on the image to see them full size.
This was the very first concept sketch of the Snow by Night crew. There have been some changes since then.
Brittany was very proud of this sketch of our alchemical rifle.

Hurray for Popeye reference! As Brittany mentioned earlier this week, we are setting up an online store (gotta get the code and the taxes figured out). Then we can ship you all sorts of wonderful stuff. The store should be live sometime this spring.
