Almanac – Ville-Marcelet
April 18th, 2013This week’s Almanac entry is Ville-Marcelet. This wild town is on the very edge of the frontier. Past its walls is the miles and miles of rivers, lakes, and forests of northern Everique. Civilization has a tenuous hold here with the wilderness a few steps outside the door. What? The town reminds you of Old Montréal? Hmmmm, interesting.
In other news, I’m almost done going through all the journal entries that accompany each page and adding Almanac reference links. This was Greg’s suggestion and a good one. I’ll be double-checking my links tomorrow to make sure they’re all working.
Remember to add this Ville-Marcelet entry to the Almanac Reference links from two pages ago, where it’s mentioned (for the first time I think?).
For that matter, if Almanac pages come out that refer to things on earlier comic pages, you may want to be adding links to the new entries on said prior pages.
Just added Ville-Marcelet to 6.17. I’ve started adding links to the pages if there is a reference to them. Like the scones on 6.18.

Ville-Marcelet sounds like a storyteller’s dream come true.

The story is very well thought out, the characters are interesting and I also like the little side stories you have going along with it to explain things :D
