This week’s Almanac entry is the Council Fire. These ceremonial fires are lit at all major meetings and negotiations of the Liranequois.

Only 1 more page to go in the vignette — The Peacemaker and the Tree of War. That goes up on Monday. Then I’ll be taking the rest of the week off for Thanksgiving. We’ll begin with Chapter 12 on Nov. 30.
