Recovery continues. I’m back in the gym this week. Doing lots of walking mostly. Lots and lots of walking. Somewhere along the way, I strained an abdominal muscle. That one hurts when I sit up or sit down. Oh, good news. My 6 month scan came back clean! No cancer re-emergence. That’s a very good sign! Hurray for no cancer!

Is M. Dansereau wearing gloves? I seem to remember he almost got frost bite the first time he tried holding hands.
