Almanac – Dama

VOLUME 2 KICKSTARTER IS NOW LIVE. Please consider helping us print volumes for Chapters 5-8. We need to raise $9,750 to cover all the costs of printing, shipping, and paying the artists. I feel very strongly that artists should get paid for the work they do. We’ve got some fantastic rewards available. In particular, there are some commissions from great artists who have either work on Snow by Night or are fellow members of Reverie Comics.

I’m happy to announce that we will be starting our Kickstarter campaign for printing Volume 2 this Wednesday, March 11. The preview of the campaign is now available! Steph did an amazing job putting together the video and the graphics. The Kickstarter page lists all the rewards available, lists how the money is going to be spent, and gives a short introductions to all the people who contributed to this volume. Please check it out!
Almanac – Carnaval
March 6th, 2015At the suggestions of one of our commenters, I’ve turned my attention back to the festivals of Aradie for this week’s Almanac entry. This time it’s Carnaval. This winter festival is the highlight of the season for the children and daredevils in town. It was Blaise’s favorite holiday.
Only thing left to do for the Kickstarter campaign is the video. So we’ll be going live with that on Monday. My thanks to Steph, Julie, and Diane for all their assistance with it.

March 3rd, 2015Vivienne grills Jassart about what happened last time he was in the museum on Chapter 10, Page 18. Jassart tells the truth from a certain point of view. Controlling the message is a powerful tool.

March 1st, 2015Vivienne and Jassart begin working through all those reference works in the library on Chapter 10, Page 17. Or at least Vivienne is. Jassart seems to be studying extracurriculars. We got a lot of stuff done for the Kickstarter campaign over the last week. I got the rewards mapped out and the language for the Kickstarter page done. Steph Stober of Final Arcanum is helping me out with the video. It’s going to be pretty sweet. That should be done this week and hopefully we’ll have a launch next Monday. Weeeeeee, so excited.
